- Large Orders (5+ items): May require 3–7 business days to process. Bigger orders or multiple artisan items take a bit longer to prepare, as we ensure each item is properly packaged and handled with care.

Because of this handcrafted nature, occasionally there may be slight production delays – especially for custom orders or if an item is made to order. For example, creating a custom leather bag or intricate artisan piece might take extra time to ensure it meets our high standards. Rest assured, this careful process ensures you receive a high-quality, ethically made product. If there is an unusual delay beyond the normal processing time, our team will promptly contact you with an update. Once your order has been shipped from Morocco, delivery times will depend on your location. Below are the estimated transit times (in business days) for our standard international shipping:

Please note: Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in our shipping fees. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 USD as a thank-you to our customers. This promotion will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders – no code needed. Free shipping reflects our commitment to value and customer satisfaction, helping you save on delivery costs for larger purchases.
However, please note that free shipping is not available for bulk orders over 5 items. Large volume orders incur higher shipping costs and special handling, so the free shipping threshold does not apply in those cases. If your order contains more than 5 items (even if the total is over $300), our system will calculate a custom shipping rate instead of applying free shipping. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us ensure that even big orders are shipped safely and efficiently.

If you are planning a bulk order (generally more than 5 items) or have special shipping requirements, we’re happy to assist you with a custom solution.
